The license server says there are no licenses available. However, my account clearly shows and active license. Ive installed the license server. WHAT DO I DO!!! this has been two day and its extremely urgent that that I cam able to work. PLEASE RESPOND.

Had that couple weeks ago, for the first time actually and apparently some folks have been having this problem too recently. This instruction helped me.

When you submit your tickets its important to select the correct request type in order for your ticket to get to the right team. If you have problems with the license server always select Technical Assistance Starting the product and not Licensing management. That way the ticket will come to the technical support team and not the other support teams.
