Duplicate billed 2-3x! No support reply in weeks

Hi Chaos,
I was recently automatically billed 2-3x the annual license amount - even though my license does not expire until 2024. It's been weeks trying to get a support ticket reply, and no one ever answers the phone in the dead-end phone number. Please advise - can someone at Chaos billing please contact me asap!
