    Hi,
    I’ll try to approach the matter as unemotionally as possible.

    Please tell me, how is this possible, that You don't answer my questions for 6 days? (Request number #137949).

    Is it standard practice that you take so long to answer questions?

    I sent request to support using web page... no answers.
    I sent another request to 'support@chaosgroup.com'.... requests were merged... and... still no answers...
    Now I am sending request here on forum... will something happen to my case?

    I really want to Buy Vray license from You - please, make it easier for me.
