nobody responding to purchase request

We've been trying to upgrade our existing licenses to current enterprise offerings but can't get any responses when using the website forms.
what's the best way to get this done? we'd love to send you money but you aren't making it easy. no phone numbers or emails for US offices and the main one gets returned as undeliverable.

Could you share your ticket number?

The original enterprise correspondence didn't have a ticket number so I just opened a new one and attached the emails

Yeah, I don't know what to say, and I am sorry you are going through this. Things have change; it seems Chaos has made some internal changes that are not doing so well.
