Lisence renwal issue

Hi everyone,
I have an issue with the license.
I just got an automatic renew of my premium subscription, when I updated my card details I got a reply saying thanks and instead of the usual price I had an oustanding amout of £1261which will be charged to me! the problem is I only need vray for 3ds max.
I'd like to downgrade the license to the solo one if possible too.




Could anyone from support help me with this, please?
