Unable to upgrade Vray from 5 to 6 perpetual

Hello,
i've been trying to upgrade my perpetual Vray 5 license to Vray 6 perpetual license. I can't do this because of strange warning:



What is it about? No matter how hard i try, no matter which browser i'm using, that just doesn't work. I have nothing to do with an invoice date. Is it a glitch? An error? I don't know what to think about it.
