Does anyone know if the support ticket system is down/not working?
I've submitted a ticket (2 and a bit days ago) because we want to upgrade and the online upgrade system is not working on our login. Tried calling the telephone number but this seems out of use.
Politely "Hello Chaos, can you please respond to my ticket"/let me know how I can get in contact with you to upgrade our workstation licences and render nodes. Its a sales request so I would think beneficial to you?
