Corona license has disappeared off my account

My current license which was renewed in August seems to have disappeared off my account, I have logged in to see if it needed to be re-assigned but there is no license on my account nor is there any expired license, it just seems to have disappeared.

I have an open ticket with you 183888 and are IT company also has an open ticket but is yet to get a response.
