We are sorry to hear that your Sketchup is crashing.
Please make sure to open a support ticket in our system, and please provide the below information, in the following link:
    https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

To investigate this issue further, could you please confirm what is the exact Sketchup, V-Ray, and OS versions?
Also, please confirm what are the exact steps you took before the crash and have you notice if you open a new simple test scene,
can you see the same crash? Or this is related only to a specific scene?
Did you try removing all V-Ray installations and files and Sketchup installation, then install it again?
In case any vrayneui errors appear during the uninstall process, try to restart the machine and then uninstall it one more time.
If there are any errors, please send us a screenshot of it.
Also, please send us the following logs:

    Windows:
    C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for SketchUp\uninstall\install.log

Please find below the full path:
            /Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/.ChaosGroup/V-Ray for SketchUp/VRayForSketchUp.log

Hey, I'm seeing exactly the same issue. Started happening, when I upgraded SketchUp a couple days ago. It crashes on every scene I'm trying to render. Have you guys investigated the issue yet?
