Error when trying to purchase new licenses

we have a delivery for a customer and in order to make the delivery on time we want to buy more licenses to give a boost to our farm but the purchase process has been failing for 3 days, and does not allow us to make the purchase of new licenses. Has anyone else had this happen?
Can someone from chaos give us a hand? We have put in a ticket, but the urgency of the delivery urges us to have the new licenses, and we don't know when someone will answer us.

When you make the purchase process everything seems to go well, but the moment that confirms the payment with the bank card, the process crashes. I have tried with the company card, company paypal and my personal card with the same result. I hope someone can help us soon.
