chaos license error -200 and -197 in v-ray for c4d and vantage
Hello,
a ticket at chaos is open, but maybe someone can help here... we have since over 4 days (with weekend) the chaos license error -200 "the chaos license server could not be reached" and -197 "there are no avaible licenses of this type on the chaos license server" ... we have a server machine running with the chaos license server and at the client machines vrayforc4d and vantage is installed with remote license and the dns name of the server - we also tried to change license settings to IP - still error. Maybe the license is still stucked or something. we restartet the chaos license server many times. still license errors. Do someone had the same problem and maybe a solution? localhost is not reachable. there were no changes from our IT. Is there maybe another way without this chaos license server?
It is urgent, we have deadlines and we really need to proceed with our projects... thanks!
