Not able to connect to Chaos License Server

We have just updated 10 licenses for our studio, but unfortunately, we are unable to fetch licensing on one of the machines. When we click on Manage Chaos License Server from that machine to reach the localhost page, it returns with the error message cannot reach the server.

The security team of our organization has suggested us to collect information about the weblink that gets accessed when we click on Manage Chaos License Server so that they can bypass it from the firewall settings. Kindly let us know your thoughts about this situation.

http://localhost:30304 is not a web link per se. Its the interface of the locally installed Chaos license server. There are several possible reasons why the license server is not starting (this is the real reason you can't load http://localhost:30304). Use the link in my signature to submit a support ticket and for Request type chose Technical assistance starting the product. In the ticket provide information regarding the operating system you are using and versions of the 3d host application and V-Ray/Corona.
