Erro License

I cannot load my V-ray license due to not being able to connect to the Chaos License Server (http://localhost:30304/). I have followed all support advice for this and I am getting nowhere.
I have already sent several messages to support, and so far I haven’t received any response. I have a lot of work piling up, and none of my issues have been resolved yet
