Didn´t Upgrade from 6.2 to Vray 7

Hi,

I installed V-Ray 7, but for some reason, there is no active license.

I went to my.chaos.com and apparently I will have to (buy) for the upgrade, that´s strange.

I renewed my license in February this year (8 months ago), has chaosgroup change the policy for 1 year free upgrade? =/

I´ve reached the Sales team,

According to the sales team, it seems that I will have to pay again this year if I want an upgrade.

It's as if I’m being asked to pay for the same product twice.

I wasn't expecting this from Chaosgroup. =/
