Can I sell my Chaos perpetual licences of V-Ray 6, Phoenix 4.0 etc

Can these licences be transferred, if so what is the procedure/process/protocol.

what a pity...I remember, as I have a Vray Next Standalone license bought by another member with the Chaos approval, that in the past it was possible to do.
