Unable to buy a Vray 6 to 7 perpetual license upgrade

Hi,
i've been struggling for several days with finding a way to upgrade my perpetual licenses of Vray 6 to Vray 7. For 3dsmax. There is no such option ( as used to be ) in my existing products panel, no resellers in Poland have such offer as well. How am i supposed to do that? I'd like to upgrade main engine and one rendernode ( both perpetual license ) but i can't. I really don't know what to think. Either it's deliberate politics of Chaos to force to switch to subscription or ...i don't know. You say perpetual licenses are able to be upgraded, but not really. I've been talking to PCC Polska reseller for days, they bump me out saying they already asked Chaos directly, for an offer about upgrade pricing but they never got any respond from you. And this is the only reseller who used to offer perpetual licenses upgrades. How this issue can be solved? I want to buy this software on invoice, so i need to do that either directly from Chaos or local reseller.
Any help would be much appreciated.
