can I prolongue my subscription to be 2 years instead of one? or upgrade to perpetual licence

I have 1 year subscription, but I would like to extend it for 1 more year in advance. is this possible?
Also, where do I buy the perpetual licence? I saw links on the web, but its not clear how I do that.
