I have a license which expires on 31st Jan 25.
I would need to update the payment method in order to renew this license but I cannot, as the billing/payment method page is completely blank.
If someone wants to tell me why that is, and to enable this rather crucial option, then I will be able to pay to continue to work. Thanks

For similar issues, it's better to use our Contact form and choose Payments and billing under Request Type.
