Uregent, ANIMA license just stop working

We are working on a project, and our two Anima licenses stoped working. We have the new Chaos License serve up and running a couple weeks ago, our V-Ray and Vantage licenses are working but Anima, just stoped working.
We have tried to check our account, but we can't log in to our Chaos account; it also shows an error on login.
We are in the middle of a deadline, so your help is appreciated.

Well, the problem solved itself. But it was concerning any ways that we could not contact you guys on any ways.
