    Hi,

    I have a big problem with my license and I can't solve it​... I need help!

    Everything seems fine - I can see that the license is working, but I still can't start V-ray and it says there's a license problem...
    Where is the problem? I already wrote to support, but I haven't received any response yet. My number is 345092.​

    It seems that multiple users are having this problem. Is there any common solution for all that we can get? The license is paid, but I can't get it to work.

      The problem was successfully resolved! This was a bad synchronization of Rhino vs Vray versions...

      At this moment, everything is working.

        Dear Support Team,

        Unfortunately, I am experiencing a persistent issue with the online license for V-Ray for Rhino 3D. I have purchased the license, but I am unable to work because it keeps disconnecting. When I check the "localhost:30304" page, I always see a red signal next to "Online Licensing."

        I have installed the correct versions of Rhino, V-Ray, and the License Server. Despite following all possible troubleshooting steps, I have concluded that I need to generate an "Activation request file" with the .csr extension.

        I primarily switch between my work PC and my home PC, but V-Ray does not function on either of them.

        Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?




        I need to work and create visualizations, Really!

        Pleas !?!?
