Corona Rendering licence not found

This is my first time here on the forum, I need some help to keep on working. A Have this errror message, even if I have installed the latest version of Corona and Online Licence is running correctly (6.2). What can I do? I wrote to the Chaos Technical Support, but I'm afraid it will take a long time to get an answer. Thank you. Jacopo
