Need to deactivate and move for new setup

Hello. I have 1 full V-ray Next perpetual license and 3 additional V-ray Next perpetual render node licenses.
I need to remove the VR node from one machine and move it to a better machine I have saving up for several years and now finished.
Then I need to determine how to network distributed render them all since I have moved to a different location. This has been a long process to get to this point and any help on where to start would be appreciated.

So I see Autodesk has stopped activations for 2021 and below so that means I will have to activate 3ds Max 2022 perpetual while I still can and move it to my best machine. which means I will need to install V-ray Next for 2022. Which version of Next?

Does anyone know if the issue of Forest Pack not working with V-ray and 2022 has been resolved?

I have 1 V-ray Next GUI license and 3 render nodes. Do I need to uninstall Next GUI from my orginal machine so it can be moved to my new replacement machine? I forgot if the V-ray GUI interchange.

Any help is appreciated as I specifically saved up the last few years and built this machine for the purpose of 3ds max and V-ray Next
