Phoenix GUI license? Do I have one?

I just tried to save a render preset for Phoenix, and I got an error stating that I cant save a preset without a GUI license. I paid for a full commercial license. What more do I need to do?

Please check if the license server is running (browse to http://localhost:30304 on the computer the license server is installed on. ) If not - try restarting "VRLService" from Windows services. You might experience the problem described here - https://www.chaosgroup.com/support/f...-was-installed
