Why can i only make posts in the Licensing forums?

As the topic says I can only post a new topic in the Licensing forums... the new topic button is missing from all other forums... what's going on admins?

Probably your forum account need to be updated, please drop us an email to support@chaosgroup.com including the ID/name for our website logins and your forum name.
