vray could not obtain a license -2

So I am having trouble with one of my slave machines, the machine is refusing to join in on a distributed rendering job, and when I send it a job through back burner to render on it own I get the vray could not obtain a license -2
I have never seen this error message
below is a screen grab of the server window with the error
there are also a few weird Autodesk message that I don't understand
any suggestions?
also I think I am using the new online license feature

Is it possible to provide us with more information of your V-Ray version installed and V-Ray license server version?
Are you able to render on the problematic machine without Backburner?
Also please confirm that the version of Backburner is 2018 ? Can you also send us a screenshot of the web page "ip_address:30304", where ip_address is the ip address of the machine where V-Ray license server is installed and V-Ray licenses resides? Also please tell us how many machines are you using for rendering?
