where is my V-ray license?

Yesterday I installed V-ray 1st time im my life - own full version. Using MAX 2015.
I installed vrlservice_win_4.5.1.exe
than
I installed vray_adv_36004_max2015_x64.exe
Started 3ds MAX and render settings
no license
where is my license?
what do I do wrong?
Why this license installation is so complicated? can not be done more simple?
Help please.

Hi Martin,

For such issues, it's rather more effective if you sent us an e-mail at support@chaosgroup.com since we refrain from publishing personal information such as dongle Serial Numbers, usernames etc. on our forum and such information is usually strongly related to the cause of the license issue.

In your case - your license is associated with a hardware dongle - please do the following:
- Make sure you have the dongle drivers installed - https://www.wibu.com/downloads-user-...uKey_for_Users
- Plug in your dongle
- Generate a new .wbc file - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...nse+Server+4.x
- Send it attached to sales@chaosgroup.com

- if you prefer your license to be obtained over internet - you'll be able to transfer the license from the dongle once it's updated - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...icenses+Online
