VRScan Library saying license is expired, but have just bought 1 yr license...

Hello,

I bought a license for VRScan, and I am having trouble being able to download any materials from the VRScan Library. When I log into the Library, I get a notice at the top saying that the "Commercial License has expired on Jan 3, 2018". I've checked my Online License Server and it is showing that VRScan license is online enabled / activated. Help please?

Please check if you are logged in chaosgroup.com with the same username as the one showed in the license server web interface at http://localhost:30304

If you get the same message with the user from the license server please write to sales@chaosgroup.com
