Problem with offline licensing

Hi! I have tried to work out the borrowing offline licensing which I have follow all the steps to get gaining offline license files. I am wondering where do I upload the file to? the photo page I have attached. appreciate all for the help

Like it says in the screenshot, you will need to download the offline license file "offline.bin" on the web site - my.chaosgroup.com from a machine with internet connection and drag and drop it into the marked field, and press the blue button UPLOAD. This way you will borrow your license on the machine.
The other way to upload the downloaded file is to copy it into the following folder(Windows):
C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup

Note: Please have in mind that borrowing of a license is only needed for machines without internet connectivity.
