Trouble with License-Vray 3.4.2 for Sketchup

Hi, I cant access to my Vray since this morning, when I download Licence it says that it cant uninstall old version. I already try to remove old Vray instalation from the computer but it doesnt work anyway. Also when I try to get the license it require username and password, I didnt have that problem earlier. Please help me it is very urgent I use it for work,

What happens if you click on the "Ignore" button? Does the installation finishes successfully?
Also - in your case - your trial license is expired 2 days ago, so reinstalling the license server will not help.
