How can I buy or update direct from chaos group? why pay 60% for some if i can do for myself?

Isnt a 60% customs fee standard for all things in brazil already? You guys get screwed on all things tech. Most people I know in south america use illigal import/export for nearly everything they buy.
The software equivalent of a shipping crate would be a vpn and onlince licensing.
