Licensing problem

Hello
I recently acquired VRay Next EDU license, though it is not showing at my.chaosgroup.com portal for some reason. Support is being quite slow to answer, so I thought to give it a try and post this issue here.
Also, I have a dongle with an old license on it, I sent the dongle file to sales.software@chaosgroup.com yesterday morning, but still did not receive re-programmed one with a new license.
