Update dongle license Phoenix 2.0 to 3.0?

Hi,

At work we have a dongle license for Vray and Phoenix (see screencaps).
How do we go about updating the Phoenix license to version 3.0?
Is the license file for Vray and Phoenix the same file?

Right now of course I cannot obtain a GUI license.

The upgrade fro PhoenixFD 2 to 3 is free. You have to generate a new .wbc file - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...atinga.wbcFile
and send us an e-mail that you want to upgrade to Phoenix 3 at sales@chaosgroup.com . Make sure that you attach the .wbc file to the e-mail.

Thank you for the info, but I'm afraid I get an error after clicking the "create .wbc-file"-button (see attach).
Is there a way to get more information concerning what kind of error it is?

(using Remote desktop and internet explorer 11)

Hello,

Please try to generate the .wbc file with another browser (for example Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera). Internet explorer might not be able to generate the file especially if it is running from a Windows server as it has some additional security restrictions.

Please note that there is no need to install another browser on the server. It will be possible to generate the file from a remote workstation - you will need to access the license server web interface using the server IP or Hostname ( http://server_hostname:30304 ).
