Vray 2.0 licenses lost during upgrade

Hi There,

I long time ago, I bought a ten pack of Vray Standalone licenses (Vray 2.0) for use with blender / Vray.

I subsequently upgraded to Vray 3.0 for Max (which comes with 1 node and one workstation). At the same time, I upgraded one of my Vray 2.0 standalone nodes to Vray 3.0. This left 9 Vray 2.0 licenses on my dongle.

I recently upgraded my max license and the additional 3.0 licence to Vray Next.

Since I upgraded the dongle, the Vray 2.0 licenses have disappeared - they don't appear in the license server (localhost:30304). At some stage I hoped to be able to upgrade some of the other 9 Vray 2.0 licenses, but now they appear to have disappeared!

I have not transferred my dongle to Online Licensing, because I wanted to keep my Vray 2.0 licenses.

Any ideas?
