  • render node busy for no reason

Hello, we just want to give a try to nuke vray but have some problem to make it work
After a fresh install of it we have setup all licensing part as well (port open, connexion work)
but nuke return error -98 no render node available so i cant render anything from vray as the render node is "in use" no matter if nuke is open or not

the license server pretend that the license is used by a computer on 192.168.0.105, this computer does not exist as we have nothing on 192.168.0.XXX network

how to fix it please ?

    installed on windows 10 x64pro - nukex11.1v4

    Hello,

In case you are using Online licensing please login at http://my.chaosgroup.com/ portal and check the license servers that are activated with you username. If there are license servers that should not be online please deactivate them.
Please note that if the license is engaged by one of this license server it will not be possible to deactivated unless the license is disengaged.

If your license is on a dongle or there is no other license servers activated with you username please write to support@chaosgroup.com in order to investigate further.

hello, yes it's an online license
there is the exact number of server license and licenses on mychaosgroup
on the computer I have 1 server and 2 licenses too, expect the render one is always "on use" no matter what i do and even on a fresh restart

Does the same license behavior continue? Do you see the licenses released in the license server menu - http://localhost:30304 if Nuke is closed?
