Could not obtain a license (-198) ---> HELP ME, PLEASE

Hello,

I have a problem with my dongle.
After obtaining an update of the Vray 5.1.2 license, I did not perform the process with vray 3.6.04; When doing it in the configuration it notifies me a lack of license (-197) and (-9.

How can I render with vray 3.6.04?

If you don't insist on using the dongle you can migrate the license to online licensing and it should work for you - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...icenses+Online
