Trying to install vray on my system I have a dongle, can't launch license server. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello,

It appears that you are trying yo run an older version of the license server. This error occurs if:
1. The Wibukey USB dongle is not plugged in.
2. The Wibukey drivers are not installed.
3. The latest (6.40) Wibukey drivers are installed (they are not compatible with the older versions of the license server)

Please install the latest version of the license server:

Please note that this version runs as a service and it is not necessary to start it manually. After the installation finishes please check if the dongle is recognized at http://localhost:30304

If the license server is not able to detect the dongle please perform a clean install of the Wibukey drivers ( system reboot required ):

Thanks for the reply, howerver I've downloaded the new license server tried to activate the new server and I get " Application requires Runtime module with version 5.10 or higher" any ideas? Thanks.

What's your OS version? Also - when are you getting the message? This usually happens when you have new drivers and an old license server version installed. Make sure that all older license server versions are uninstalled and try reinstalling the latest one - https://download.chaosgroup.com/down...dalone-512-adv
