Transfer Dongle to Online - Getting Error

Hi,

I am using version 5.1.2 of the V-Ray License Server and version 6.32 of the WibuKey drivers. When I try to transfer my licenses from my dongle to online licenses, I get an error and the transfer fails. I have attached an image of the error I am getting

I have V-Ray 3 licenses for Maya and 3ds Max. I also have several additional V-Ray 3 render nodes.

Please help.

Hello,

Please perform a clean installation of the WibuKey drivers following the steps here (please note that OS reboot is required):

Afterwards please attempt the migration again. If you still get an error please send us the output from the page http://localhost:30304/migrations to support@chaosgroup.com and a newly generated context.wbc file from the dongle.
