Activation file (.crt)

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to install a new Workstation in the license server. I'm on "my.chaosgroup.com" - license servers - input workstation name.
Next i need to upload the activation request file but i just can't find where to download it.

I follow the steps on "https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/VRAYMODO/Online+Licensing" but i just can't find the "download" section to take the crt file.

Normally you just need to click on Online licensing- > Enable and enter your username and password. Manual certificates exchange is needed only if you don't have Internet connection to the license server computer.

I'll trying to do it but just impossible for the moment to have the "online license" in green

Try to:

1. Uninstall the license server
2. Delete "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ssl" folder
3. Clear your browser's cache
4. Install the latest license server - https://download.chaosgroup.com/down...dalone-512-adv
5. Set the Proxy type to none - http://127.0.0.1:30304/#/settings
6. Check if you'll be able to log in in "Online licensing"
