Failed to checkout V-Ray GUI license and dongle!!

Hello, i have this problem and i dont know what to do! I have already read the instructions of ChaosGroup about the dongle. I installed the wibukey for my mac and does not working . What can I do so as to work again normally? Thanks in Advance.

Hello,

If you have the WibuKey driver installed, please run the following tool in the command line - it should list the dongles, which are currently connected to the system if it recognizes any:

/Applications/WIBUKEY/wkuMacX

If the dongle is not showing there, it could be faulty or there could be a problem with the USB port - you can try to move it somewhere else and test there.

If the dongle is showing, but still not recognized in the license server interface, try to refresh the page in the browser using Ctrl + F5, or restart the service by restarting the computer or stop/start on the .plist :

sudo launchctl unload -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.chaos_group.vrol.plist
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.chaos_group.vrol.plist
