Need to reprogram dongle - No response from Chaos

Hi.

Last Friday I tried updating Vray from 3.4 to the latest.

During this process I found I need to reprogram the dongle.

I had to email Chaos to do this.

I had an automated response with a ticket number (334-189-565 ) but haven't heard anything back.

I also sent a followup email a couple of days ago but still no word back.

Can anyone help me with this?

I submitted my .wbc file on Monday and haven't heard anything back. My ticket number is 337-731-626.

Yes, will ask someone to check it out. There was some issue with our ticketing system (Microsoft Dynamics) and we are trying to figure out exactly what happened.
