Have VRAY online license and want to try Phoenix Trial - BUT......

Hi there!
Trying to get the trial for Phoenix to work.

I get an error...

// Error: Could not obtain a GUI license! There are no ADV licenses available on the license server. //

Already own a vray online license.

Please help! Thanks. Excited to try.

Please mind that the Trials uses the Online license server

1. Make sure when installing V-Ray to install also the Online license server. It can be downloaded from https://download.chaosgroup.com/license-server
2. Navigate in your browser to http://localhost:30304
3. Log in with your username - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...tup-Activation
4. Restart your 3D application and try to render

hi Ivan... Thanks for the response. I have the online license server running fine. All my vray installs and render nodes are listed.
But I see nothing referencing Phoenix. Did I install Phoenix incorrectly? When I try to simulate in maya, I continue to get the error message from above.

Is the Phoenix license a trial or a purchased one? I can see you have a valid trial an no login has been made with the user I can find. If you have your purchased license on 1 username and the trial on another - please message us at support@chaogroup.com to consolidate them or setup a second license server and point the license setting towards it too - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...cense+Settings
