    Hi there,

    I have emailed twice in the last week but still have had no response so am trying on here as it is very urgent.

    I am using V-ray Next for 3DS MAX 2019 and have recently purchased my second month (auto-renewed) on a month by month subscription via CADSoftwareDirect in the UK (the first month worked fine). It is definitely paid for as I got confirmation from both the re-seller and yourselves that it had gone through.

    I got a message saying 'No Licenses Available' when it connected to the online license server.

    I have literally tried absolutely everything (uninstalling / re-installing etc etc) including what has been written on the forums but nothing has worked.

    Please could you look into this as soon as possible - my username that relates to the enquiry is graham_**** (sensored but you should be able to find correspondence from this.

    As mentioned this is very urgent as I am in danger of missing a deadline and losing a client if I can't use the software.

    Hi Graham,

    Sounds like you might have logged in with an incorrect account into the license server menu (old trial account for example).
    Please check your account information, associated with your purchase - the username associated with the licenses should be stated. I suppose it's graham_****
    In the license server menu - click on Online licensing ->Deactivate to log off. After that click again on Online licensing ->Enable and log in with graham_****
    Refresh the web page and check if the licenses appear. Unfortunately, I cannot be more specific since I can see around 10 different accounts that correspond to graham_****, but if the issue continues after - please post the ticket number you've received when you e-mailed (you should have one) and I should be able to find more information for your account.

      Thanks for your reply - the ticket number is: 347-061-869  - hopefully this helps.

      I did try what you said over the weekend but it didn't work. Are you able to issue me with a new username associated to my purchased license if this might solve issue?

        The license should work now - please try clearing the cache of your browser and check if you can see the license.
