Failed checkout vray license servise

Hello, I have problem with installing vray. I am using Mac and i have student license for Vray for Sketchup. The problem is that i have two accounts on chaos group, the first one is very old from the time when i download the trial version and i forget the password so I create a new one and on this one I have the student license. During the install on vray its not asking me for a type a user name and password, its still logged to the old one. I already deleted all the vray files but its still not working. Can you guys please help me try to solve the problem?
Guys from chaosgroup are not responding.

Hello,

Please open the web interface of the license server at http://localhost:30304
Afterwards please click on the "Online licensing" button and select "Deactivate" - this will log off the current user.
Then please refresh the page, click on the "Online licensing" button again to enable it and log in with the correct user.
