  • New VRAY installation on MacOs 'No Licenses available

I just installed Vray for sketchup on a new MacBook Pro. The license server at localhost:30304 shows Online Licensing as active (GREEN) with the correct account username at the top. However no licenses are available. Yet if I go to another machine running the license server with the same credentials, the license is available.
I have tried an uninstall/reinstall, include the removal of ~/.ChaosGroup folder.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

Please clear your browser cache and refresh the web page. If you have a different browser please try opening the page http://localhost:30304 with it.

If you are still not able to see the licenses afterwards, please send us a screenshot to support@chaosgroup.com along with the logs from the license server (they can be obtained from http://localhost:30304/logs/download )

      Hello Mihail,
Sorry for delayed reply. I got the MacBook working after migrating the license from Dongle to Online. However, now we have a problem with an iMac being unable to get a license. I have completely uninstalled vray (including deleting ~\Chaosgroup folder etc.) and the problem just won't go away. I am sending screenshot and logs to you by email. Thanks
