Unable to load Phoenix for Maya in the plugin manager

Hello
Phoenix doesn't want to load in Maya. I have this error message :
// Error: V-Ray : Error loading plugin library "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2018\vray\vrayplugins\vray_phoe nix.dll": [loadLib] LoadLibrary failed (127)

and

// Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2018/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 290: Unable to dynamically load : C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2018/phoenixfd/plug-ins/phoenixfd.mll

What can I do ?
I use Phoenix for Maya 2018 and V-Ray next beta 3 with Windows 10.

The normal Phoenix builds work only with official V-Ray builds. If you want to use it with V-Ray Next Beta - please email us at support@chaosgroup.com
