URGENT / HELP / problem with not getting my online licence to work.

everything was working fine when suddenly vray cannoit obtain a licence anymore.
I tried reinstalling everything (VRAY NEXT 4.02.04 + Lastest LICENCE SERVER)
and now when i check the licence server it's telling me that my licences are in use (check the screenshot attached to this post) even though 3DSMAX isn't even opened !!!!!!

What can i do to solve this problem ?
I'm on a tight deadline and really need to finish a job today.

Same here !
Only local workstation works, all remote DR nodes claim they do not find online licence

and i get a " Cannot GET /login" error when trying to access my.chaosgroup.com


edit : maybe not the same problem as walee, contacted the support directly

to add a few more details to my licensing problems. When logging to my.chaosgroup.com account i can see the machine I'm using listed twice and one of them is saying that the license is engaged and borrowed (ie. screenshot attached to this post) but since it's borrowed i should be able to use it on this machine right ? but apparently i can't use the license : it's just like a ghost computer is already using it.
