Lost VRay Next License suddenly

Hello,

I was working and suddenly my VRay Next License is lost.
The localhost:30304 shows i have only 2 VRay Next render node licenses which are expiring in 13 days.
Please help.

I never faced such issues with VRay 2 and 3. Is it because the previous versions had dongle licensing?
Its highly frustrating.

Your licenses are currently on a dongle, so there shouldn't be any difference there. Please send us a newly generated .wbc file at support@chaosgroup.com so that we can check if the licenses are correctly programmed - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...atinga.wbcFile

I"m on subscription and not seeing any Next Maya release licenses in the cloud either.. Only still see the beta ones. also no Maya Next in downloads anymore just 3.06.

Kindly note that in order to receive your V-Ray Next for Maya licenses, you'd need to request a free upgrade to V-Ray Next for Maya by writing to us at sales@chaosgroup.com.
