Correct Account - No licenses available.Please Fix

there are no Vray next licenses in my account so i cannot activate any license..
My educational license started 3 days ago at this user name but this is not showing up at online licensing system..
Please Fix it..

Your license is purchased on a dongle. Please send us a .wbc file to program it at sales@chaosgroup.com - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...atinga.wbcFile
If it's already programmed - you can transfer the license to your online account if you prefer to use it that way - https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...icenses+Online

Also - please refrain from posting dongle SN and CG usernames in the forum - it's best to send us e-mails to resolve cases like this one.
