Hi.I purchased vray next render node upgrade on frinday. My local reseller said i should wait 10 working days so with all future holidays it will be around 2 weeks. After confirmed purchase i have tried to reach chaosgroupssupport to speed up process (ive done same procedure with 3.0 license and received it same day) but no luck sent like 10 emails and got one response (RE: 615-251-972) but since then nothing happening . Is this the way it should be?

Let me see if I can find someone to check what happened; a lot of people are away for the holidays so some delay might be expected - apologies about that.
