Please e-mail us at support@chaosgroup.com with the username you use for online licensing. You can also send us the order ID if you have it somewhere.

I'll get or sales guys to assist with this, probably the upgrade was associated with the dongles and the migration to online left this hanging.

The Sales Team fixed the issue.

              Hi,

I seem to have the same problem here. (Also switched to online licensing from dongle.)

              Ticket: 753-884-755

Last email from support arrived with 12 hours delay (after them sending it) and I haven't heard anything back today, so there might still be email problems.

                Should be OK now.

                  Indeed. Thanks a lot, Ivan!

My 3 Vray 3 render nodes (not updated) seem to have disappeared, though. Should they still be listed? The standalone version seems to have been replaced, as 3.6 can still access the license, so no problem, here, but if I use 3.6 in an older version of Max, I might need to access the old render nodes.I'm aware I can't use them with Next, but I also might want to upgrade them some time in the future.

The licenses are there, I can see them on the backend. Try cleaning the browser cache. BTW, you can still use them with V-Ray 3, License server versions 5.1.2 and later support backwards compatibility, so that you can use V-Ray 3 with Next licenses.

Well, this is embarrassing... I think I simply didn't look at the right menu. Thanks for your help!
